Below are some of common questions about orders

After completing your purchase, you'll see an order confirmation message on the screen. Within minutes, you'll receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, itemized list of products, total amount paid, and delivery address. This email serves as your receipt and proof of purchase. You'll also receive an SMS confirmation on the phone number provided during checkout. Keep your order number handy for tracking and any future inquiries. If you don't receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact our customer service team immediately.

We take great care in packaging your abayas, but accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or the incorrect item. Do not discard the packaging or the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including free return shipping. For damaged items, we may request photos for our records to improve our packaging. For incorrect items, we'll send the correct item right away. Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution.

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return conditions, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa) within 7-10 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are covered by us for defective items, but for change-of-mind returns, the customer may cover return shipping. Refunds exclude any promotional discounts applied at checkout. If you don't see your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact us immediately.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your abaya doesn't fit perfectly or you'd like a different style, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For exchanges due to size or color preference, you can arrange a swap at no additional cost. To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order, but timing is crucial. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can modify the size, color, or quantity, or cancel it entirely. Once your order has been picked and packed for shipment, modifications are no longer possible. To request a modification or cancellation, contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't left our warehouse. After dispatch, you can refuse delivery or initiate a return once the package arrives.

We deliver throughout Pakistan with the following timeframes: Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Multan, Faisalabad) typically receive orders within 3-5 business days. Secondary cities and towns usually receive orders within 5-7 business days. Remote and mountainous areas may take 7-10 business days. These timeframes are from the date your order is dispatched, not from the order date. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. For urgent deliveries, express shipping options are available at checkout.

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey in real-time on our website or the courier's tracking portal. Track your order status anytime to see when it's out for delivery. If you don't receive a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service team. We ensure all shipments are tracked so you always know where your abaya is.

Placing an order with A&H Abayas is simple and secure. Browse our collection, select your desired abaya, choose your size and color, and add it to your cart. Review your items and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your delivery address, contact number, and preferred payment method. Once you confirm your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details. If you have any questions during the ordering process, our customer service team is available to assist you via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience. You can pay via Cash on Delivery (COD), which is available throughout Pakistan—pay when your order arrives. We also accept online payments through major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and mobile wallet payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa). All online transactions are secure and encrypted. Choose the payment method that works best for you during checkout. If you prefer COD, no payment is required until delivery.

We offer competitive shipping rates throughout Pakistan. Standard shipping charges vary by location: PKR 150-300 for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar) and PKR 300-500 for remote areas. However, enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over PKR 1,000! Express delivery is available for an additional charge if you need your order urgently. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. All packages are insured and tracked, so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

If no one is home when our courier attempts delivery:

  1. Delivery attempt notice: The courier will leave a notice at your address indicating they attempted delivery.
  2. Contact the courier: You can contact the courier using the tracking number to reschedule delivery or arrange an alternative delivery time.
  3. Hold at courier office: You can request the package be held at the nearest courier office for pickup at your convenience.
  4. Delivery window: We recommend providing a contact number during checkout so the courier can reach you to confirm delivery time.

If your package is not collected within a specified period, it may be returned to us, and you'll need to arrange redelivery.

Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to:

  • Our error (wrong item sent, damaged item, etc.)
  • A defective or faulty product
  • An item that doesn't match the product description

...then we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

For standard returns due to change of mind, please arrange your own return shipping through your preferred courier service.

Refund Method: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or online banking).

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. However, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Refund Amount: The full purchase price will be refunded. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

If you'd like to exchange your A&H Abayas for a different size or style, we make it easy:

  1. Contact us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@ahabayas.pk with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.
  2. Confirm the exchange: We'll confirm the availability of your desired size or style and provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Send back the original: Ship the original item back to us in its original condition with tags attached.
  4. Receive your new item: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship your new item at no additional cost (if exchanging for the same price) or collect the difference if upgrading.

Exchanges are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.

Initiating a return is simple:

  1. Contact us: Email our customer service team at support@ahabayas.pk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Get return authorization: We'll provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping address.
  3. Pack securely: Carefully pack your item in its original packaging or secure packaging to prevent damage.
  4. Ship back: Send the package to the address provided using your preferred courier service.
  5. Track your return: Keep your tracking number to monitor the return shipment.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange accordingly.

To be eligible for a return, your A&H Abayas must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed: The abaya must be in its original condition with no signs of wear.
  • Tags attached: All original tags and labels must be intact and attached.
  • Original packaging: The item should be in its original packaging or securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • No alterations: The garment must not have been altered, hemmed, or modified in any way.

Items that don't meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including all major cities and remote areas. Our reliable courier partners ensure that your A&H Abayas order reaches you safely, whether you're in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, or any other city in Pakistan. For areas with limited courier access, we work with local delivery partners to ensure timely delivery.

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar): 2-3 business days after order confirmation.

Other Cities: 4-7 business days after order confirmation.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We'll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.

Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is PKR 250 for orders under PKR 1,000. Orders above PKR 1,000 qualify for FREE SHIPPING nationwide!

We believe in transparent pricing, so there are no hidden charges. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time. You can use this tracking number on our courier partner's website to see the exact location and estimated delivery time of your package. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your A&H Abayas purchase, you can initiate a return within this period. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so we've given you plenty of time to decide.
